Positive: The apartment is exactly as depicted in the photos seen on Booking .com which was great ( as we've found this is not always the case). Isa is wonderful to communicate with and although we didn't have the opportunity to meet in person, we felt very welcome and that nothing was too much of a problem, everything was handled in a very friendly and also professional manner. We absolutely loved our stay and were sorry to have to leave after 5 nights. The apartment is very close to many of Paris' major attractions such as Notre Dame cathedral and Shakespeare Book Company, plus so many wonderful cafes and restaurants. It's also well located for public transport, being close to a subway train station and multiple bus stops, which we found very convenient. I would 100% recommend this apartment and our host. Additionally my son said the sofa bed was firm but comfortable and we both slept well, other than some noise by an upstairs neighbour occasionally, but this is beyond the host's control and only a minor inconvenience to us 😊

Negative: Nothing to mention really, other than perhaps a noisy resident in the apartment above us occasionally. We were so tired after walking 20,000 steps on average per day, that it didn't bother us too much, plus it could happen anywhere and is beyond the host's control. There are some stairs to get into the apartment as it's up a floor, so something to keep in mind if travelling large and/or heavy luggage, or if you have difficulty with stairs to begin with. For us, the positives far outweighed anything negative and we would happily stay again at Isa's in the future.p

Positive: This apartment packs a lot into its small space. It is well-appointed with everything you need for a stay in Paris, is super clean and in a great location only a few minutes from Metro, bars and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and being on the interior of this traditional Parisian block, overlooking an internal courtyard, it was very quiet at night. Although we didn't need them, staying only a few nights, it was good to see a washing machine, iron and ironing board provided. And while we didn't do any cooking (we like to eat out in Paris) the kitchen seemed to have everything you would need to do so. We would certainly consider staying here again on future visits to the city.

Negative: The stairs weren't a problem for us, being only one flight and fairly shallow, but the apartment wouldn't suit anyone with significant mobility challenges. For anyone else it is pretty much perfect!
