Positive: The staff were very helpful and the room was pleasant. Close to the metro so easy to get around.

Negative: The restaurant lacked variety and was expensive. To have to pay those prices for food you would rather not be eating is disappointing. The location is probably not for tourists. It would be nice if we had more control over the television options.like displaying subtitles for guests with hearing difficulties. I would not regard the hotel as good value. Other hotels provide little add ons like a biscuit or chocolate with coffee. Here you get nothing.

Positive: Very modern hotel with interactive room where you control everything from tablet, even the smell of the room. In reality the rooms are much better than in the pictures. The staff was very helpful with all our requests.

Positive: Everything about our stay was wonderful!! We arrived early and they let us check in at noon! And even upgraded our room at no charge! Everyone was super helpful and friendly and the hotel was absolutely beautiful! Highly highly recommend to couples looking for a romantic vacation.
