Positive: We had a great comfortable stay. The only thing was the bedroom had an odd smell but I messaged the owner and she said she would take care of it.

Positive: Nice location, friendly host, kitchen is fully equipped.

Negative: The owner said at the beginning that we cannot use the air con, because it was not allowed in the whole building. But after insisting the host confirmed that it was just not working properly. But after some manipulation with a remote control (thanks to owner) it was working again.

Summary: Nice and comfortable stay in Paris, but problems with aircon.

Positive: The apartment was so clean and elegant, kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable and blankets clean , bathroom clean . Location is very good near to metro stations and buses in a classy & safe neighborhood . The whole experience was great , I highly recommend it.
