Positive: The reception staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were decent size, good options for breakfast.

Negative: The staff at breakfast area was not courteous at all, they responded to every query with an angry face, also the dishes were not named which makes it difficult for vegetarians to choose the correct food items. Washroom was non ventilated, exhaust did not work and toilet smelled a lot. Also the way my entire booking was handled by hotel and booking.com, it has left me with a bitter experience.

Positive: Accommodations, food, room, location, views were great

Negative: The parking situation was very stressful— we couldn’t get through the lot because it was so narrow, and the lack of signage made it very confusing where we were allowed to park
