Positive: The breakfast was delicious and the staff were kind

Negative: I anticipated the rooms to be cleaner and slightly more spacious. While the room was relatively clean, it was also dusty. The bathroom was well-organized but similarly dusty, and the shower was not clean and had some stains. Additionally, we discovered a single pair of dirty socks under the sink, likely left behind by the previous guest and overlooked by housekeeping. The restaurant opened later than expected on the evening of our arrival. We were informed that it would open at 7:30 PM, but it did not open until after 8:00 PM. This delay was particularly frustrating as we were waiting with a toddler and a three-month-old baby, trying to settle them during the wait. When my husband inquired about the delay, the staff mentioned that the restaurant might open at 8:00 PM or 8:30 PM, which was not satisfactory. Although the food was good, it was somewhat expensive and the portions were small. For families, I recommend visiting a local grocery store for additional food. The room walls were not soundproof, and we could hear all the activities, conversations, and movements of our neighbors. This was challenging as it caused our toddler to wake up frequently throughout the night.

Positive: Immersed in the forest of Sila, perfect in every way. Heating , spotless comfortable beds and pillows exceptional. We had car problems and luckily signora Giovanna made a couple of phone calls and she sent us to this great mechanic Luca in Catanzaro of which overnight he replaced the car clutch complete system and i was charged a very reasonable price for a job well done. Sara the receptionist went above and beyond helping us in every need and request made by ourselves. Lovely young girl always smiling and ready to help. We had more than one mishap in these past four days and all i can say more is everyone at Parco Hotel Granaro was prompt to help. Kudos to all,recommending here all the way , and god willing we will be visiting again for sure. Thank you God bless

Positive: Very friendly staff, good adventure park which kids liked (the cost is in additional to hotel stay), Stefano was really helpful and helped our kids to enjoy their stay.

Negative: It’s impossible to move without a car, if you stay here must have a car.

Positive: Amazing Hotel in the Sila National Park, great Hotel especially for families with children as there are many activities for the children on the grounds of the Hotel. Hotel is very clean , has a great onsite restaurant and the breakfast is good too. Staff was amazing .Highly recommended !!
