Positive: Price (value for money) good for a stopover. Safe parking space, there is an outside private parking space behind an electric fence, you can see your car from the balcony.

Negative: There is no couch (app. too small), there are blinds outside but no curtains inside (for me too much light). For 3 nights a bit impersonal.
