This is a newer construction 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with all the amenities you'd expect in a great rental. We have a lovely screened in back porch area for your morning coffee or evening wine, a large fully fenced in back yard, and lots of common space for couples or families enjoying Charleston.

Summary: We were very please with our stay. Joseph, our host was very responsive and helpful. House was clean, very well equipped and a good location. Love the fenced in yard and screened in porch. Tv’s in all the bedrooms was a huge plus. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip!

Summary: I would like to make a suggestion, do not advertise that it sleeps (7) because you put a blow up mattress in the closet. It made it sound like you had a pull out sofa. We had four men and (3) beds, the blow up mattress was a disappointment
