Positive: Comfortable stay with everything we needed. Nice to have a pool to refresh in. Loved the walk through the local neighbourhood and being away from the busyness of town.

Negative: Location is a pro and a con! I already mentioned the good. But it’s not cheap to move around from place to place in this area. Expect to pay for trips into town or the beaches. We walked to Lio beach though which wasn’t bad at all, and there are a few restaurants close by too (we tried Pizza Nostra and Ka Salo… both were good.)

Summary: Couldn’t ask for much better!

Positive: Everything was perfect We've been there with friends and our kids. The house is super nice and big enough for 2 couples plus kids The swimming pool is nice to refresh and the garden is super nice too There is 2 tables to eat outside or inside which is useful to have lunch with AC and diner outside when it's getting cooler. The renovation is brand new and has been made with great taste so everything works perfectly (kitchen shower AC internet with starlink....) The fact that we have our own battery back up system and water system makes it sure to not suffer from power outages and not having warm water anymore which can happen a lot on palawan island. The service is amazing with a daily cleaning service included and mathiew has been an amazing host by providing us everything we needed and helping us with the planning Honestly it was like having a 24h concierge service At the end it's almost like having a 5 stars hotel experience but in ure own private villa
