Summary: It c was just what we needed, a complete chill out. After a hectic few months where the stress off life had taken hold we booked this long weekend away. The staff were really attentive in all departments. The spa facilities and treatments were superb. Dining in the restaurant and the cafe were delightful and the breakfast was really very good.

Summary: Lovely location, staff excellent and friendly, restaurant food was faultless 5* at least. In general the hotel is wonderful. Room felt little basic and dull lighting, lacking some of the little touches you expect in 4* hotel, e.g. no free water in room, no bathroom essentials. Having said that was wonderful experience and would stay again but maybe in upgrade room.

Summary: The most wonderful hotel night I have experienced in a long time. Great atmosphere and staff, excellent dining, comfortable and spacious rooms. Looking forward to visit the castle and spend some time in the spa on my next visit.

Summary: A superb hotel with fantastic service. The restaurant was particularly exceptional providing a perfect dining experience. Would have been better to have courtesy robes for guests in the room. But the friendliness of the staff made the hotel stay perfect.

Summary: Beautiful hotel very clean and spacious. Staff super friendly and informative. My only gripe was that the swimming pool is not open until 4pm when we aways like to swim before breakfast. Rooms large with all amenities you could need as we had left our toiletries in our last hotel 200 miles away

Summary: Amazing location - on top of the rock with great sunrise and sun set photo opportunities. Very Quiet in Jan /Feb - perhaps too quiet. Staff delightful. Dinner is sensational - the cooking of the fresh ingredients is perfect.
