Positive: I loved the property! The size of this place was enough to accommodate all 13 of us adults..

Negative: Upon arrival the owner was asleep in the bedroom because he said it wasn’t communicated to him that we were arriving Thursday 2/29. He thought we were arriving on Friday 3/1… also the fireplace didn’t work during our whole stay! So I had to cancel the plans for family night around the fireplace :-( someone was sent out to look at it and he said give it a few minutes and it will work. It never came on.. also there should be a good supply of household items on hand.. (tissue/paper towels/trash bags/broom) we had to purchase these things. But we made the best of it and it still was fun.

Summary: Overall I will give this place an 8/10

Positive: The property has a lot of space a lot of rooms and very secluded. It even had a few of the lake with our own kayaks and Lakehouse.

Negative: The house is definitely due for a vicious clean and a lot of amenities needs to be updated but overall it is the best for its price.
