Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this property while visiting Lethbridge from the UK. The environment was clean, peaceful, and very welcoming. The facilities were excellent as well! A special thank you to the cleaning team: my husband accidentally left his expensive wristwatch behind at the condo. Two hours later, we realized it was missing and returned to reception—only to find that the watch had already been safely turned in. In fact, they had even emailed us to let us know it had been found. We’re incredibly grateful for the honesty and integrity shown by the staff. It’s not something you come across every day. Cheers

Positive: The place was very clean and homely. We love the environment.

Negative: Getting transportation out can be better. For the three week, we had to walk up the hill to 99, Canyon Blvd to get Ride on demand. And walk back home from same address. 94 Cab that we used to get out, at some point the drivers says they couldn't locate our address. I had to stop my children from going to school at some point since climbing up that hill was too much for them. Please help say a big thanks to Mr Dale Neuman for giving myself and the children a ride to school on one occasion before I had to stop my children from walking up the hill to catch a bus to school. In all the experience was worth the while. Thank you.
