Summary: All the staff are so welcoming, the large bedrooms were very comfortable and clean and the variety of food was overwhelming and delicious.

Summary: The hotel was clean, pool was good, good location and staff were alright. They were not unfriendly- but not friendly either. There were lot of food and tastes alright. There was a serious lack of fruits. It was pineapples for seven days (for breakfast and dinner). The only other fruit we received were oranges, that too only twice during the entire seven day stay. They host other events at the hotel and d uringthose days breakfasts and lunches are served in another hall, which is significantly smaller and crowded and food options are somewhat less during those days. When I reported this at the reception they said that they menu is always the same- although it is not true. You will not go hungry- there is plenty of food. But the quality of service should not be less because the hotel has other events. We pay the same price for everyday. They offer a small breakfast if you have leave early to catch your flight. They also pack your lunch if you are heading out for picnic. One of the two lifts were broken during the entire stay (7 days!). There aren't much kids activities except for a small kids park which is right next to the sea- meaning it can be extremely windy. ON a non-windy day- it is good. The indoor gaming room is a money making business with arcade games and you have to pay every time you want to use it. We had few issues with TV and plumbing and they fixed it very quickly

Summary: Very nice atmosphere and the room was very big, so that was a plus. It was also very empty with a lot of amenities usually found in hotel rooms lacking - like extra blankets or even information booklets.

Summary: The facilities were basic. The gym was ill-equipped with bad smell. The food was ok. The room was small for four people staying together. The temporary single beds provided were awful. They squeaked with every move while sleeping. There was a dip in the middle, so couldn't sleep well. The room had broken air conditioner that warmed the room instead of cooling it.

Summary: Good sized room with comfortable double bed. Kettle, small fridge, safe, coffee, tea, milk portions and bottle of drinking water provided. Excellent breakfast. Room heating in winter months a little unpredictable. Been here several times and will be going again no doubt. Indoor heated pool and small gym for guests.

Summary: Large room with big bathroom and balcony with sea view. Room was cleaned every day. Staff were very nice. Great location, a short walk from ferry port. Staff in Porto Restaurant were especially good.
