Summary: We enjoyed our stay and the Tropic Schooner community were very friendly. Great location and very quiet area to walk and ride bikes and see the resident alligators.

Summary: this condo needs renovation. dishwasher not working, ice maker leaked, closet door won't open. pool and tropic schooner resort were wonderful. many amenities. I would recommend the resort to anyone. Once this condo is updated I would stay again.

Summary: We stayed for the month of February. The condo is conveniently located beside the pool. It has a screened porch looking over the parking lot, but also has a lovely sunrise view. John-Paul was very quick to respond to our questions. There were a few maintenance issues that were quickly taken care of. The residents of the community were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Summary: The property manager/owner was very responsive to the couple of issues we had while staying there. The pool is very, very nice and the other residents friendly. A dinner and a happy hour at the clubhouse made it easy to meet people. Weather was perfect and we got to see the alligator in the pond!

Summary: Loved the condo location, near Marco island and very private area also next to the pool. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes pans and utensils. Would like to rent there again
