Positive: The accommodation is good for both short and long stays. We only spent 2 days and did not have time to enjoy the apartment much. Our apartment had a huge balcony and a sea view. The owner of the apartment was very hospitable and gave the impression that he took care of everything, especially safety. The beach and restaurant, which are a few minutes walk from the apartment, are really good.

Negative: Nothing specially. The only minor issue is getting to the apartment from main road by slightly larger car. The access road by the sea is narrow in some parts so you need to be careful. The second appraoch from the main road, a kilometer above the Kardamyli, is inconvenient for exiting from both directions.

Positive: The proprietor was really friendly and helpful! The air conditioner was great, the kitchenette had everything we needed for breakfast, and the refrigerator was very spacious. Very large balcony with views of the water and a drying rack to use - most of our things dried overnight on the balcony. Abundant parking. We intended to wash our dishes when we got back from the morning’s adventures and were pleasantly surprised that they had already been washed during the room cleaning, which also included taking out the trash and making the beds! Easy walk up one flight to the room. Close enough to town for a quick drive (it is walkable as well, but we opted to drive in the heat). It is also walkable to Elies restaurant for dinner, which is great, and a short walk or drive to Kastro - another lovely dinner spot with great staff and delicious, fresh food!

Negative: The shower worked fine, but was a little small.

Summary: Lovely stay with great views and plenty of space!

Positive: The room is comfortable even if it's a bit out of date. Nonetheless all important things are provided. The location is not in the center of Kardamyli but in 20 minutes you can get there and the walk is very pleasant

Positive: the apartment was very conformable, near the sea, watch the sea from the badroom and balcony. the bad was very good, including the sofa.

Positive: The owner was exceptional. We arrived earlier than planned and he was so kind bringing us a drink and apologising that our room wasn’t quite ready. That was our fault not his and yet he was lovely about it.
