Positive: Near convenience stores and groceries. It is also value for money. Transportation is also accessible in the area. They also offer affordable breakfast. Free hot and cold water is also offered for free.

Negative: There are many mosquitos in the area which oftentimes go in the room when we open the door. This maybe due to the location of our rooms which is in the farside of the property. There were also cockroaches in the toilet of our room.

Summary: Overall, our stay was nice despite some mishaps. They were very accommodating.
