Positive: Amazing apartment with a great view. Everything has excellent quality. Beds are very comfortable.

Negative: Didn't receive the check in instructions on time. Was sorted out quickly. To play pool, you have to put money in.

Positive: Very clean, many bedrooms and bathrooms. Great airco as well. Perfect for a group.

Negative: The location was quite far away from the beach and the centre. Especially in the warm weather, walking 2-2.5 km is quite far.

Positive: We were a family of five the appartemnt was fully equipped for our stay including a dish washer a washing machine and a fridge with ice maker , there are 5 bedroom and 3 full baths . Every thing was perfect. The location, is a walking distance to old town and market. There is large grocery store a Coffee shop and a bakery 5 minutes walk from the apartment . The host was fully comunective every question we had was answered quickly. We would definitely come and stay again.

Negative: Hot water problem that once you understand how to deal with it it was solved .( very helpful owner) The use of the pool table is not free ( 1 € per game) , should be mentioned before ( alltough owener explained the reason and offered to leave some mony for us to play) Outher then that the place is great.

Positive: Excellent cleen apartments, great location, wonderful view from balcony , nice and friendly stuff. Everything was perfect! Definitely will stay there again when visiting Paphos! Ten out of ten! Thank you very much, Richard!

Negative: The only small drawback of the apartments was the lack of hot water in the morning at times. Maybe we didn't understand how to turn it on correctly. But it was a minor inconvenience.

Positive: It was perfect for our group of 9 persons. Very comfortable bedrooms and large area to have time together. Nice views from terace to have morning coffee. I could not imagine better place in Paphos for winter holiday. Easy to park car and very resposive host. Will definetly come back.
