Positive: Liked the privacy and location

Negative: Water pressure in shower and bath wasn't good. Damp smell in sitting room and especially bad in the Second bedroom with the bunk beds. Even though there was the facility to light the log burners we did not want to do that so cottage was cold as no facility to use the heating for radiators. The bins outside the back door was smelly and overflowing and a big bin bag had been ripped open by some small animal and this was do e repeatedly over our 3 day stay. I did t feel it was up to us to clean it up so we could not open the back door even though it was nice sunny weather. We did phone and speak to the booking team TWICE but nothing was done.

Positive: Panteg was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the big, private garden which was perfect for our doggies to explore. It was so quiet and dark at night - no traffic overnight at all. The location was perfect! A great jumping off point for exploring the area and, with Cardigan close at hand, it was easy to pick up any bits we needed. We would definitely go back.

Positive: Very nice and snug cottage with modern fittings in a lovely location.

Negative: Slightly easier instructions to the cottage would be lovely. We got a little lost! Also the low doors meant a few bruised heads but that's perfectly normal for an older build.

Positive: Extremely well kitted out cottage in a convenient spot for visiting the area.Decorated in a traditional style to suit the cottage. Thank you to Sue for coming out to help work out the television. We would stay there again.

Negative: The house was dark inside as you would expect in a cottage but the lighting was very good. The shower was difficult to control so it did not spray over the side of the bath. Good size bath though.
