Positive: Staff were polite and helpful. Very accommodating in allowing us to move the date of our booking.

Negative: The place has definitely seen better days, and could do with some repairs in places, especially around the rooftop pool. Also, the rooms don't seem to have any sound proofing. We could hear the music on the 3rd floor from the bar on the 6th floor. We were also woken by the noise from multiple other guests.
