Positive: The host was exceptionally kind and offering endless support. The home has everything you need; a kitchen, a washer, a family room and two bedrooms. It's centrally located. So you step out the door and there are restaurants, coffee shops a few steps a way and within a matter of two minutes the boardwalk begins.

Negative: It's located on the main road so it can get noisy at night with cars passing by. Otherwise it's great!

Positive: We had a great stay here. Vicky is a wonderful host and helped us in so many ways, including taking us to the train station on our last day. The house is very clean and comfortable, with a big outdoor area and secure fence. If we are ever in Kiato again we will come back to Panos House! 5 minutes from the beach and town centre.

Negative: It is by a busy road so can sometimes be noisy during the day.

Positive: The Landlord is very nice and helpful. She speaks english very well. The house is very clean and comfortable and air conditioning works well. It's near to the beach and kiato's station if you want to go to Athens and in one hour you can reach many archeological sites.

Negative: The house is near the street and sometimes you can hear vehicles noise but it's not a landlord fault.

Positive: What did I like about Panos House?? Everything! I have stayed in many hotels and guesthouses, and I must say that Panos House had everything. From a fantastic host to the perfect location, and every amenity you could want. Vicky, the host of Panos House was super friendly, accommodating and generous. She ended up not only being the best host, but a friend as well. Vicky went over and above to ensure that we enjoyed our stay, from the little details like providing coffee, sugar, milk and cookies, to the bigger details such as a washing machine, Wi-Fi, Aircon, etc, etc, etc! The location too is unbeatable. Panos House is almost in the centre of Kiato. Everything is within walking distance - the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and shops, the centre of town, taxis and the bus station. The house is a comfortable 2 bedroom with 2 x double beds and a sofa bed, so definitely enough space for 4 adults and a child. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the excellent hospitality that Vicky provided. We will definitely be back! Thank you Vicky!
