Positive: Host was very kind, great communication. There was a slight glitch, but it was easily taken care of.

Negative: A couple of things that would have made the stay a bit more enjoyable would have been, coffee for the Keurig (unfortunately, it is a bit of a drive to get coffee in that area), and shampoo. There was a small bottle of conditioner, and hand soap, just no shampoo. Again, all small things and definitely not a deal breaker for a future stay. Next time, we will just be more prepared on our end.

Positive: The best thing of all was the view. We could see the roller coasters at Silver Dollar City to the right, and to the left, the lake. It was a lot of fun listening to the coasters (and people screaming on them!) and train whistles until 9 p.m. Also, the beds were comfortable, and the whole condo was well arranged.

Summary: This condo was a perfect location for spending two days at Silver Dollar City and coming back home at night to relax.

Negative: My granddaughter was bummed that the kiddie pool wasn’t open or not working! King size mattress needs to probably be replaced with something better
