Welcome to our breathtaking Mid Century Modern Panoramic Paradise, where nature's beauty meets architectural brilliance. This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom fully remodeled villa's stunning views are illuminated through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows throughout every living area and bedroom. Enjoy a large heated swim spa, outdoor lounge, multiple balconies, and two wood-burning fireplaces as you're surrounded by the Roaring Fork Valley's natural elegance.
Nestled amidst the piñon trees overlooking Mount Sopris, this sprawling 4,000 square foot ranch-style home offers a tranquil escape from the bustling world, providing an idyllic haven for those seeking the perfect blend of serenity and sophistication. Step inside and you'll be greeted by a spacious and light-filled open-concept kitchen, living room, and dining area featuring exposed wood beam ceilings. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, sleek cabinetry, and ample counter space for preparing delicious meals for family and friends. Adjacent to the kitchen, a dining area offers a seamless transition to the outdoor patio, making al fresco dining a delightful experience. Walk down to your sunken living area flanked with floor-to-ceiling windows as you warm yourself by the wood-burning fireplace.
This villa is set up conveniently with two wings in the home on either side of the kitchen/living/dining areas. The first wing on the far right end of the home boasts the main master suite with expansive spa-like bathroom boasting a large soaking tub, rain shower, and double vanity. Included in the primary suite is a connected office and walk-in closet. Just before the master suite is a powder bathroom and stairs to another bedroom/flex room (no door to this open area) which includes a wood-burning fireplace, Murphy bed, seating area, ensuite bathroom, and private porch.
The second wing to the left side of the home boasts two guest bedrooms with shared bathroom and another primary bedroom and ensuite bathroom. All rooms have gorgeous views of the mountain valley and panoramic paradise that awaits your gaze.

Summary: We've been visiting Carbondale and the RFV for 23 years (family lived in C'dale) and this was our best experience ever. The photos don't do justice to the setting/views/proximity. The Boutique Mountain Homes team is exceptionally responsive and personable with every detail. Highly recommend.
