Seaview Villa sits elevated above the Caribbean with Hans Lollick Island directly across and the British Virgin Islands just to the east. The vista is breathtaking from the 80 ft long deck, which has a 12' by 18' pool.
THE REMODELING JOB FINISHED in Fall of 2018, with additional windows added in every room, 4 renovated bathrooms, a new half bath, outdoor bar next to the pool
(4) large bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, and new furnishings, split AC units and new windows assure every guests comfort. One king bed made up with (2) large twins which can be separated.
Kitchen has Mahogany cabinets and new Stainless Steel appliances.
The Living Room has leather sofas, HD TV, wifi internet and AC. A half bath is in the hall.
The two pergolas at either end of the deck are covered in clear roofing to allow all weather dining and lounging.
The grounds are lush with beautiful vegetation and custom stone walkways.

Summary: Joel‘s place is absolutely amazing. We had three adult couples in our party. I didn’t expect the set up and it was absolutely amazing. One of the bedrooms was downstairs and very private. Upstairs there were two separate buildings so each couple got their own building. We absolutely loved it and it did not disappoint. It was equipped with all the towels and amenities we needed for the beach. There was a bonus in the kitchen with all the spices and oils. You have all the cookware and dinner where you need. Thank you so much for everything!

Summary: All four bedrooms offer their own private “retreat”. It was perfect for our young adult children. It’s a very quick ride to Magen’s Bay…we tried other beaches but decided that Magen was our favorite. The views are spectacular, the pool is relaxing, and just the perfect spot for a larger group.

Summary: This was the 3rd time we've visited St Thomas, but the first time taking our adult sons. And, we did it for Thanksgiving! We loved the Seaview Villa and really appreciated all of us having our own space with the 3 separate sleeping areas. Beautiful view from the deck for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails by the pool. We had one day of rain, which was nice to sit under the covered pergolas. Just perfect to enjoy the double rainbow and take great pictures! If there was anything that I would recommend is just that the deck cushions could use a freshening up. Thank you, Joel, for sharing your beautiful island home with us.

Summary: The house is gorgeous and the scenery is breathtaking. We had little issues in the beginning because there wasn’t any propane for the oven, stove, or grill but the owner got someone in that day. The generator doesn’t always turn on during the power outages but doesn’t last more than a few hours. Besides that we had a great time!

Summary: Joel, the property owner was great, very responsive! The guest before us broke the washing machine and left the pool sandy. Joel had a new washing machine installed the day after we arrived and the pool cleaned! The property was very accommodating for our group of six. There was a power outage for several hours but the property’s generated saved us! Joel gave us clear directions on starting the generator.

Summary: The house is in a breathtakingly, cinematically beautiful setting. That incredible view made the intermittent power outages and generator issues worth it. The house is well-equipped for families, with nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and provided plenty of space for my teens. The pool was fun for the kids as well. The week we were there in early June, St. Thomas was experiencing rolling blackouts. The generator was supposed to turn on and off around those power outages, but it wasn’t working correctly and eventually just stayed on (after Joel sent a maintenance person out for a second time). Power outages happen, but I wish the generator had been in working order. Otherwise the stay would have been perfect!
