Positive: The apartment is as shown in the photos on the website. It has a great view of the city and big spacious rooms. The location is near supermarkets and public transport, which made the attractions accessible. I could have rated this apartment higher, but there's room for improvement. For example, we weren't told about the lift maintenance in advance for our stay. We stayed for five days with our grandpa and kids and we had to endure going up a spiral staircase everyday carrying our stuff. Some minor issues, like not clearing the previous occupant's trash and towels, but the host was quick to send cleaners the following morning. This apartment is suitable for families, but they should look closely at maintaining the facilities.

Negative: We weren't told about the lift maintenance in advance for our stay. We had to walk up to the fourth floor every day with our stuff and our luggage when we arrived. The main door of the apartment is poorly lit. It's hard to see the way up to the stairs at night. Some minor issues, like not clearing the previous occupant's trash and towels, but the host was quick to send cleaners the following morning. There is also one shower head that is broken, so the water spills from the shower tube when you use it.

Negative: It wasn’t clean as it should, the plugs weren’t working, the sofa bed didn’t have any bed linen, wifi wasn’t working and we asked for a solution and no reply yet from the host.

Positive: The bedsheets were clean and fresh, the location was perfect for our needs. I don't like central Athens for staying, so I prefer to stay a bit further from the center, yet very close to the metro. The outdoor terrace is perfect for breakfast or dinner, you can also see Akropolis in the distance from some spots

Negative: The apartment generally could have been more fresh.
