Summary: Location is conveniently located and a short walk away from major attractions. The city view from the balcony was lovely. I provided my check-in time in advance, as requested, and followed up again before my arrival. Staff communicated they would be present to greet me downstairs on arrival. Despite this, I had to reach out once again before a staff member came to meet me and delayed my check-in. I think there is room for improvement in their hospitality. Equally, I acknowledge that otherwise, communication was prompt, clear and proactive. The suite appeared tidy at first glance, but several issues suggested the cleaning wasn’t thorough. There was visible of dust and crumbs under the furniture, lint and hair which clearly wasn't my own in the bedsheets, soap scum and mold on the shower's grout, mineral scale buildup on the shower head, water damage near the balcony door, and fingerprints and smudges on the walls. All together, these oversights left me disappointed and suggest that routine deep cleaning isn’t being done. Overall, the stay was serviceable but fell short of the level of cleanliness and attention to detail I would expect given the property’s presentation and price point.

Summary: Everything was great-- it was nice to stay in a spacious apartment instead of a small hotel room. MY ONLY CONCERN: There was no deadbolt in my room! This is not ok for traveling alone and as a result I couldnt sleep very well. I am not sure if this was just a problem in my room or if none of the rooms have a deadbolt. It just feels very crucial for safety to have one
