Positive: Incredible property, both inside and out. Host was very helpful and the little extra touches were very welcoming. We very much look forward to booking again.

Negative: Nothing really. The access road was steep as previously mentioned but no surprise.

Positive: The panoramic view is absolutely breathtaking, stretching all the way from Vesuvius across the coast—it’s easily the highlight of the stay. The apartment is brand new, spotless, and beautifully furnished, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival. Francesco was a fantastic host; even when the weather caused a brief internet issue, he was incredibly responsive and had it fixed in no time.

Negative: While this wasn't a negative for the apartment itself, future guests should definitely be aware that having a car is highly recommended. The property is located on a very steep street, which makes walking up to it quite difficult and tiring, especially with luggage. Even with a car, driving up that particular street can be a bit challenging or intimidating for some, so it is just something to be prepared for when you arrive.

Positive: The host is super friendly, attentive and responsive. The wonderful view from the bedroom and the huge terrace are great to have a romantic aperitivo on the terrace with a view over Caserta. The flat is new and perfectly clean, fresh and quiet - perfect for resting after a busy day. All amenities are available for a short (or longer) stay. We felt very welcome - thank you Francesco!

Negative: Nothing to complain about :-). Just beware of the last stretch of steep rocky road getting to the flat, but everything is well explained, we'd definitely recommended staying there again!

Positive: The owner is very kind! Provided all needed instructions about how to get inside etc. The apartments are very clean, with all needed stuff for leaving and even more. The view is BEAUTIFULL! There were heater controller and air conditioning for comfort staying. If I plan to visit Caserta again, I will definitely stay at this apartment.
