Positive: The apartment is fantastic: spotless clean, new and modern, very well equipped and comfortable. Very quiet at night. Free parking spot in a private garage about 100m away The host Marta was absolutely amazing, waiting for us upon arrival, helping us with parking and showing us around the flat. She also called and booked for us couple of restaurants and gave us recommendation about Avila for sightseeing.
Negative: The bedroom could be really warm during summer as there is no AC available, the fan is ok, but doesn't help much. This is just a suggestion, it wasn't a major problem during our staying.
Summary: Amazing flat with free parking just outside historic city centre. Exceptional host!

Positive: 1. Super clean 2. Very new 3. Beautifully decorated 4. Free parking spot in a garage about 150 meters up the road 5. The owner is so nice and extremely accommodating
Negative: 1. The bed was too hard from our perspective 2. The bedroom and shower are up a long staircase on another level which we found a little inconvenent 3. A little farther from the historic center than we would have preferred

Positive: Marta was the best host ever! She is the most kind and thoughtful person. She met us when we arrived at the apartment and gave us a tour of the house. She explained where to go, what restaurants to try, how to walk up into the old town. She even rode with us in our car to take us to the included parking garage spot and walked us back to the apartment! Marta even had some welcome snacks, water, coffees, teas, wine for us to enjoy. No detail was spared- everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay is here! The apartment is so big- 2 floors, new, modern, high tech fixtures and appliances, automatic black out drapes, there's plenty of windows, a nice big terrace, high ceilings- it is the most gorgeous place! It was so easy to walk over to the escalators which take you up into the old town of Avila. It is also a very safe neighborhood. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Avila to look no further and book this apartment!

Positive: A modern apartment close to historic city centre. Kitchen was excellent with plenty of pots and pans. Bathroom was equipped with a luxurious shower. WiFi worked well Welcome and explanation of apartment was first class. Underground garage parking a minutes walk away was very welcome.
