Positive: The setting is idyllic, up amongst the rolling hills. Green fields as far as the eye can see. Short drive into Llangollen. We even walked down. We stayed in the Chalet - which is single story brick building. Its was perfect for us. Family of 6. 4 adults 2 kids. 2 double bedrooms o e en suite wet room and a bed settee in the living area. Tv and wifi. Lovely little veranda type area with picnic bench to sit outside at. Kitchen was really well stocked with gadgets microwave toaster etc.

Negative: What's not to like! We really enjoyed it. Might be a bit bleak if the weather is bad.

Positive: The views were amazing and the absolute peace and quiet was nice lots of places to walk my dog. The countryside and the outdoors were lovely we stayed in the 1 bedroom pod we had our own area behind a locked gate so it was nice and private.

Negative: There isn't any plug sockets which was a shame as I couldn't use my laptop or hairdryer facilities were a bit minimal so cooking wasn't great and the fridge was a wee bit tiny.

Positive: Great for our needs and fantastic views. Wheelchair access which made it possible to take my elderly mum away. Layout with perfect and the views from the lounge and in the balcony were perfect

Negative: Needed some grab rails in bathroom really but it didn’t spoil the stay, would just make a huge difference to those with mobility issues

Positive: It's an amazing little place. We were in the new pod, me, hubby, the pets. We had the area to ourselves and found an old chimenea which we used every night. We were surrounded by grouse,, hundreds of them, and even had sheep roaming past the pod, and the views were amazing. The only drawback is the proper single track roads, a bit scary at times, but we got through, just heed Richards instructions and go straight to Llangollen and go from there. The Panorama Road is not for the faint hearted... But we had an amazing, peaceful time, and our batteries are now recharged

Negative: Not much nearby, so be prepared. The pod is stocked with everything you need, but the tiny fridge only holds a couple of bottles of milk, water, etc, so you'd need to buy any food you're cooking daily The bed was a bit hard, But that's a sofa bed, but it's not the end of the world. It's pitch dark, so you need lights, torch, to see around outside at night. The hot tub is not for those staying in the pods, as it's a way up the road and for the houses But we had a great stay, and would love to go back again, next time a house with the rest of the family.
