Positive: The owner is a very warm welcoming and friendly lady. The apartment itself is noticeably well-kept, it is spacious, clean and has everything needed for the stay. As a big plus, you get a marvellous view, terrace, parking space just by the building, and our child's favourite - a small playground with sandpit.

Negative: The only thing is that the location given at Booking and Google Maps is not totally accurate (still close though), so it is better to follow the sign Panorama Apartments on the road.

Positive: The location is exceptional if you prefer nature, privacy and amazing view over the whole city. Host was very helpful, also let me do a late check-out. It's 15 min walk to the city Skradin, and 30 min to national park Krka - I stayed there without a car and there wasn't any problem to get around. From the city to the apartment its around 25 mins of walking (up the hill). The apartment itself has everything you need for a short stay, fully equiped kitchen, a terrace with a table to sit, private parking. All in all it was a lovely stay and would definitely go there again.

Negative: Doesn't have washing machine and oven, but the host (lives in another house near) was kind enough to offer their own.

Summary: Great stay, would definitely go again and recommend
