VERY CUTE, STYLISHLY RENOVATED, BEACHFRONT COTTAGE
Has two en-suited Queen bedrooms, one up and one downstairs .
Well appointed kitchen, open plan dining/lounge.
With veranda's three sides, with the BBQ and outdoor dining facilities at the rear, this overlooks the landscaped yard and then the private beach, just 50m away
There is a fire pit in the yard - great for those colder nights and the kids roasting marshmallows.
Closer to the sand dunes, there is a platform for those sunset drinks, with views across Moreton Bay to the Glasshouse Mountains

Cowan Cowan is a small village with no shops and just 16 permanent residents, very peaceful.
The beach in front of the cottage is closed to all but emergency traffic, so safe for the kids to swim and play and you can leave your shade and paddle board there, ready to go
