Positive: The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating. The front desk team, in particular, was exceptional, offering helpful local insights and welcoming me with genuine hospitality.

Negative: Because the AC wouldn't cool, I had to open the window, causing noise issues. I didn't mention it to staff, as I know it was a limitation of the current weather/system

Summary: An absolutely fabulous stay! I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else when I return
