Positive: Checked in 12:30PM before official time Rooms are very wide Clean rooms Wi-fi available Complimentary fruit salad Reception follow-up with us as we advised that we need to have breakfast before 7am, accordingly they called to make sure that this is still our choice Breakfast is pre-set menu with sufficient quantities for person Waiter in restaurant was helpful After my feedback, I received a call from the hotel General Manager expressing his apologies and offering a reasonable discount on my next visit and actually I am satisfied with this apology

Negative: Although I booked a double room and upgraded to include my son 14 yrs, I discovered that my son should be counted as an adults,Upon arrival receptionist advised that he will not be charged and will be complementary.while check out I shocked as the receptionist (not the same person) advised that I am charged with additional 500 pounds being charge for my son I didn't like this but had to pay cause I was in need to leave the facility being late for an appointment
