Positive: I like everything about the hotel. All the staff are friendly and proactive. The location is superb. The room is very clean, has a nice view and the beds are comfortable.

Positive: Great location - close to tram and Yarra and restaurants Great lounge access and bar facilities. Separate toilet to bathroom. Great bath with view of the city.

Negative: Room decor was a bit dated for the price and toilet room and fittings a bit sloppy/needs attention.

Positive: As soon as my sister and I arrived we were treated like valued guests. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly and that included not only the front of house staff but the restaurant and Pacific club staff and housekeeping. I loved the perks of having access to the Pacific club lounge, excellent value for money and the view from our room was enviable! Location, location, location! Honestly it was the best hotel stay I’ve ever had and would definitely recommend this hotel as a wonderful place to stay.

Summary: Our stay here was picture perfect! We loved it!
