Positive: The existence of a pool. The original and refurbishment architecture style. The quality of linen and bath towels. The existence of exterior space.

Negative: 1. The exterior space, namely garden and pool, were not properly maintained: the pool was a bit dusty (not clear water), the grass side by side with the pool, was dry and not maintained, there were no pillows for the pool chairs. The exterior space, which is the garden, was not in the bast shape. 2. Inside the apartment, several things were missing. For instance, in the kitchen, the original refrigerator was not functioning and the second one put in the kitchen was so noisy that in reality we had to switch it off during night to be able to sleep. So, finally, it was as if we had no refrigerator at all. 3. The kitchenware was short: for instance, only 2 glasses of wine, only 4 dishes of each size, only 6 forks or knives of spoons.. 4. Contrary to other rental properties, there was no salt, olive oil, napkins, or even a soap for the baths. 5. There was a very old TV equipment, but it didn’t function at all. 6. There was no baby chair. 7. The volume of available hot water, for baths, was really low: only 30Lts.
