Summary: Staff friendly, room spacious and clean, bar area very nice. Breakfast although a good selection was poor. I asked for 1 poached egg on a toasted muffin first one was more like a hard boiled egg so sent this back, second one not much better.

Summary: The member of staff on the front desk was very rude and not at all helpful. Overall the hotel was fairly clean and perfect for us to stay after watching a gig close by. Breakfast was not great, overpriced for the quality.

Summary: The hotel itself is still under renovation, but the room was clean and well put together. The room did not have any aircon or fan, and we visited when it was very warm and the rooms were so hot. Restaurant not open yet and there is nothing around that is walkable to get food.

Summary: They were not able to get a key card for the rooms. So they had to keep letting me into my room . There's was only one person at reception. But had only one person at reception, who was very busy.

Summary: No WiFi on the room and I booked premium room. Breakfast not until 7.30 which is late when being out for work. When open for breakfast started to clean coffee machine which took about 10 min. Could have been done before opening hours?

Summary: Suppose to have a garden view and we had an extension to look at three foots away from the room. Someone at 3.20am was on their phone shouting loudly until 6.30am - not nice getting woken up in the early hours of the morning. Our complaint was suppose to be investigated and they were getting back to us - still waiting nearly a week later.

Summary: Easy to find with ample parking on site and near to the entrance. A wonderful lobby area with the restaurant to the right and checking in immediately to your left. On checking in, I was told that breakfast was not booked with the stay which I queried and then had to prove via the original booking confirmation that it was booked with it. Next issue was the air-con unit. Although it wasn't a hot day, it was very humid which warmed up the room to make it uncomfortable. The unit displayed a message to say control was done centrally and the front desk said they would have someone to sort it out within 30 minutes. This never happened which led to an uncomfortable night's sleep. The room itself was tastefully done with a proper office chair at the desk for once. The shower was fantastic and very invigorating. Breakfast was delicious with everything cooked just right. Overall, this stay should have been close to a 5 star rated stay but too many little issues dragged it down when they could easily have been overcome. I would definitely look to stay here again though knowing how good it could be.
