Positive: 5 stars (or 10 in this case 😊) for the amazing service 🙏. Being a solo British traveller I really appreciated all the support from the host Hasan whilst I stayed there. He organised an Auto to collect me from Neral train station and met me at the property, arranged all my food whilst I was there (from Sai Malhar Dhaba), he helped me with my trip to Matheran and back & to the local waterfall the following day. Laundry service was also provided. He even booked a train ticket to Pune for me (being available for any directions & questions until I caught it). The villa has some really nice views of the local hills and even though it's a safe area, it feels very secure. It's not really walking distance to Neral train station or for supplies (unless you feel like it) but Hasan can organise Autos or Taxis to collect and drop off. It's worth noting that although Hasan met me at the property he doesn't actually stay there, he is available at any time over the phone though, he has a caretaker who lives locally if anything is needed at the property and someone who can bring delicious meals if you decide not to bring your own food. I had no issues with anything but I did notice a few things that could be added to cater for guests from abroad. When I spoke to Hasan he said he welcomed any feedback

Positive: The location is great for a leisurely break away from the noise of a metropolis. It is close to mountains and waterfall. One could hear the birds chirping. It was nice and breezy even during the afternoon on the terrace. It is a nice place for a relaxed stay. There is cooking facility available. However, the home cooked food served is relishing.
