Positive: We had a lovely stay in Sarti last week. The villa is in an amazing location – the beach is literally right in front, which made it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea without needing to drive anywhere. The place was clean and comfortable, and overall we had a great time.

Negative: The only downside is that it was quite expensive compared to other options in the area. If the price were a little more reasonable, it would be absolutely perfect.

Summary: Great location right by the beach and very comfortable stay, great staff and really cozy, but quite expensive.

Positive: The villa exceeded our expectations. It was modern, clean, and well-equipped. The location was also excellent—situated away from the busy part of Sarti, which allowed us to enjoy a quiet and relaxing holiday with the kids. The villa is right by the sea, making it easy to walk down to the beach. It was never crowded, and the water was crystal clear. We even had the chance to go scuba diving and saw some beautiful fish. Definitely a place we would consider returning to.

Negative: The villa was a bit removed from taverns and supermarkets, so we needed to take the car to get to Sarti, which was only a 2–3 minute drive. However, this wasn’t a drawback at all—it was easy to reach the shops, and the peaceful location made it well worth it. Staying in such a relaxing setting was a real highlight of our trip.

Positive: The villa is in close proximity to a beach that is not overcrowded. The beach is sandy, surrounded by rocks, and very suitable for small children. Next to the villa, there is a tavern where they prepare great grilled fish. The place is secluded and very quiet and peaceful. We were able to escape from our busy daily life, which was our goal.

Negative: There was a stray dog on the beach that bit a person in front of us, and I was worried about my child.

Positive: Palma exceeded my expectations! The villa is awesome, clean, spacious, very well equipped with all that you need, very well located just a few metres from Platania beach which was great for us and our kids. Hosts were vey nice, we found water, juice in the fridge, cookies for the kids, coffee for the coffee machine, and a great wine. Villa is well located (for our taste, we do not like crowded areas) not in a busy area, but just 1-2 km away from Sarti (which is crowded), and from other wonderful beaches (Portokali 8-9 minutes by car, Rodia , Goa and others). One thing I also appreciated : the fluffy towels :)...so fluffy. From the terase, on the right you can see the sea and Dimitri's taverna (there is no loud music, it is quiet) and on the left you can see the mountain. Dimitri from the taverna nearby makes a great calamari on the grill and grilled fish. We definitely had a great vacation and hope we'll come back.

Negative: I tried to find something I did not like, but I could not find anything :)

Summary: kids say it better: our Greek home

Positive: A very nice little villa, perfect for a couple + kids. Comfortable layout inside, very close to the beach (although we went to a different beach each day), and a 5 min drive to Sarti (although we stayed in two of the nights and made barbecue on the terrace). Communication with the host was wonderful: she was very helpful with some recommendations and overall very responsive ☺️
