Positive: A well managed and big complex that renewed recently. The room was comfortable and big. All the hotel and the room was very clean. The building by itself was beautiful with two large and clean swimming pools which exceed our expectation. Location was close to bus stops and a shopping mall; easy to travel around even without private car.

Negative: Hotel doesn't have any restaurant to have a breakfast or a meal; but there are good cafes around - not a big deal. All other things was great.

Summary: The best value for money in Cairns.

Positive: Bed was super comfortable for my husband and I. Walking distances to shops and a close drive to the esplanade.

Positive: The room was basic but lovely and clean, housekeeping doing a great job. The pool is beautiful but needs more shaded spots to sit when not swimming.

Negative: Unfortunately staff were unfriendly and not at all welcoming. Most times they couldn't even look up from their screen to speak to you. It is a shame because the rudeness of front house staff takes away from the hard work you can see hsk, pa and groundsmen have put into the property.

Positive: We were on the third floor and there was a lift in the middle of our complex, easy access and perfect for a couple of mature aged travellers. Close to Pub, shopping, close to city, cannot fault.
