Summary: Our stay exceeded all expectations. The room was large & comfy. The entire property immaculate. But, it was the staff from valet, front desk, restaurant, bar & poolside that made our family feel like VIPs. The service was unparalleled. How nice to be greeted on arrival by Maeve & attended to poolside by John. We will be back!

Summary: We stay at four and five star hotels and this did not seem like a five star hotel. The level of service of a five star is just not there. I will relate good and bad points: when I got to the hotel after a long drive and ordered a Mai Tai the bar tender lady clearly did not know how to make drinks. You should not have people at the bar that don't know bartending. The next morning at 7:30 I went downstairs to order a cappuccino but was told that the "espresso machine has not warmed up yet" so I had to go somewhere else. It was very difficult to figure out how to turn the warm water on in the shower, there should have been signs. Apparently there is a tiny button you have to press and then turn the faucet to the "cold" direction instead of the "hot" direction (???). Also, the photos of this hotel look much nicer than the actual hotel. The pool is very small. No VIP benefits at all. On the positive side I liked the drawer type safe in the room, the glass water bottles, the pretty flowers in the lobby, the car service and cushy rug in the room.

Summary: I was thoroughly impressed from check in to check out. Property is impeccable appointed. Room was spacious and gorgeous. Love the Slim Aaron’s prints throughout. Beautiful bar. Perfect pool set up with cabanas. Food was great. And service was outstanding at every single touch point. Will absolutely be back!

Summary: What impressed me the most about my stay is the excellent staff they have on this property. Superbly helpful and attentive. My wife absolutely loved the design and details of this hotel. The only negative thing I can say is that the sound from the lobby/restaurant travels into the room, especially having a room close to the front. Aside from that, this is a great place to stay.
