We want to welcome and offer you a warm and relaxing retreat in this gorgeous home in West Palm Beach!
This charming 2-bedroom home is just 1 block from the intercoastal and just a few miles from the beach, Downtown West Palm Beach, Downtown Lake Worth and Palm Beach, all of which are packed with great shopping and restaurants. Great for a family or couples' vacation or a seasonal vacation home.
THE SPACE
This 2-bedroom, 1-bath home in West Palm Beach features a comfortable king bed in the Master bedroom. Second bedroom has equally comfortable queen bed. Beautiful, sunny living room and dining room area, with a wonderful backyard. The cozy iving room has a comfortable sofa to allow a relaxing stay for our guests. Washer and dryer are both available. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker (coffee included) and all the pots, pans and utensils you'll need. Free wifi and Roku/ Netflix television.
The home also has an amazing barbeque grill and beach cruiser bikes available!
We do not allow:
Parties. Please respect the space and the neighbors and keep noise levels down 9pm-9am, our neighbors are very strict about this and will call the cops if they hear a party or excess noise, so please let's avoid that.
Having more people than you listed on your reservation.
Smoking in the house. Smoking of any kind inside the home is subject to a $500 fee.
Any evidence of use of illegal drugs (ie. smoke).
NO drugs are allowed on the premises whatsoever including the backyard.
**We are very strict and DO NOT allow parties of any kind at the home or on the property. We do not allow more people at the property than are listed on your reservation. This is a family neighborhood and we expect all guests to be respectful of the home and neighbors.
The neighbors are highly sensitive to noise so we also do not allow loud speakers at the property. Failure to comply with these rules will result in eviction from the home and a $500 fine. You may only have the amount of people on the property are listed on your reservation. If you plan to have more people at the home or property than those listed on your reservation, you need to contact us in advance to get approval. Failure to do so may result in eviction.
Safety is very important, we take great care with our protocol:
-Home is deep cleaned + sanitized with high-grade products in between guests.
-Cleaners provided with gloves, N95 masks, disinfectants, alcohol, and sanitizer.
- Face masks are required to be worn in public spaces where social distancing is not possible.

Summary: We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, neat and tidy. Everything about it was what I was expecting. My only hiccup was the kitchen. Travelling in the time of Covid was one of the reasons for renting a house rather than staying n a hotel. We wanted to be able to eat at home and not go to restaurants. Unfortunately I found the kitchen woefully ill equipped. We made it into a joke and muddled through but a few simple additions would have made me rate this 5 stars. The neighborhood was quite and well suited to a family. A short walk to the intercoastal waterway with private docks along the whole stretch (I assumed that this would give us access to the water but I was wrong). It did have pretty views across the water, with a nice path to walk/run along. Overall I would rent this property again, especially since the next time we could be Covid free and could dine out most of the time.

Summary: While we loved the location and overall communication experience was good, I was disappointed in some of the amenities. For instance, the listing said there was a dishwasher and there was not. A family of 5 on vacation, we expected a dishwasher, not having to hand wash dishes all the time. In addition, there are other things that are cheap and simple to have in the kitchen, like a toaster. Having to use the broiler to make toast is just a pain and quite frankly risks burning., The TV was the cheapest TV out there. Same as the grill Overall, we enjoyed our vacation, but spent little to no time at the house. All this said, Katie was nice to deal with and I would still recommend staying, but perhaps not for as long if you require some more amenities.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here. The house is very cute. The only things I would have changed was maybe having a tv in the living room and more comfy outdoor furniture. Also, wish lights were on a dimmer or less blue. Otherwise the we did enjoy everything else.
