Positive: 10 stars out of 5. Great brand new villa, very clean, very well designed, build and maintained place. The pool area is huge and the view is fantastic. The owner pay attention to every single detail, from welcoming “setup” till a very confy stay. The whole investment smells like huge respect for the tourists. Highly recommended.

Negative: I don’t know, I really don’t know who can say that this villa is not a perfect 10.

Positive: Amazing views and well equipped. The owner is also very friendly and helpful when we had a minor issue. Felt like home away from home!

Negative: Only “downside” is the road leading Upto the Villa is quite rough, but that can’t be helped. Definitely easier if you have a car as the walk would be tough.

Positive: Basically everything - the villa was incredible. The view from the pool is amazing and the villa was extremely clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay overall.

Negative: We had an unpleasant experience where the owner came up to the pool and basically accused us of overstaying past check out (our check out was in fact the next day, as we told him). In the end he acknowledged his mistake and everything was fine, but it was unprofessional and uncomfortable/left a bad taste for us. We would never stay longer than we’re supposed to, and it was stressful to be accused of doing so when we weren’t doing anything wrong and were just enjoying our afternoon at the villa (which we had paid a lot for). It would have been better if the owner had double-checked carefully whether we had in fact stayed past check out before coming up to the pool and basically insisting we should have left. It’s not a great way to treat your guests to so quickly assume the worst.
