Positive: The house is pretty new! It's is very comfortable and modern. I loved the decoration. I loved the smell. Very clean place. The host Antonella she's is amazing. We even asked her for beach towels and she was kind enough to give them to us to used during our stay. She provided us with clear instructions on how to access the property. I also told her I was doing a late check in and she was fine with it. Great customer service! There is parking available. It's like 15 minutes from Bari downtown if you have a car, it's very convenient. Breakfast is a typical Italian style. Don't expect salty breakfast.

Negative: The only downside was that the check out was between 10:00 and 10:30 and as I was about to leave the room around 10:10 am there was one of the groomers knocking on the door reminding us about the check out time and that they had to clean the room. Also, I had a text message from Antonella right at 10:00 am and two lost call apparently for the same reason, that we had to leave. I think that if the host would like people to leave right at 10:00 they have to modify the chek out time because if in the website says between 10:00 and 10:30 I'm entitled to leave anytime during that time. Moreover, it wasn't that I had slept through my alarm because I came down for breakfast earlier that morning.

Positive: The hospitality of Antonella and the attention to details was exceptional! Very comfortable setting, clean and the location was awesome! Best sleep I ever got in any B&B or hotel! Even my 8 and 7 year old loved everything about it! Let's not forget the breakfast area and choice of food! Delicious homemade cakes.

Negative: No complaints we loved it! It was amazing!!

Positive: This was probably the best place we have ever stayed at, everything was perfect with exceptional care from our host, the breakfasts were delicious, and our room was quiet and peaceful despite being close to a highway. we were sad to leave.
