Positive: Location! Away from the tourist traps and in a small italian village with bars and restaurants and shops for your daily needs. A short walk and wonderful views over the coastline. Free parking just opposite. Quiet as the rooms were not directly facing the street. Excellent and very recommendable bus service down to Amalfi (45min!). Much much better than going by car, trying to manage the roads/traffic and parking problems! Excellent breakfast and kind help from Antonio, who spoke english, which was unusual! Take a boat to Positano from Amalfi and back. Recommendable! Easy to get to/from Pompei and Naples. Go to Trattoria da Gigino!

Negative: No elevator. Many stairs, not easy with lots of luggage. Not close to the seaside in case you like to go for a swim. 45min down to the busy towns along the coast. A swim is not so easy as few hard to reach, beaches. View from the rooms is wonderful but not possible to see the coastline. Hard to reach by car from the coast as very narrow and winding roads. But good fun if you can drive like an italian!

Positive: The personal welcome and follow ups via email, WhatsApp and face to face from Antonio. He made sure we are comfortable and all our questions were answered knowing what to expect at all times. Amazing recommendations and Hospitality. Great rooms and space for our kids equipped with all amenities we needed and activities for them. Groceries shop at the base of the accommodation hence everything is convenient.

Negative: The place and people are amazing, is nothing you wouldn't enjoy.
