Summary: This is a beautiful property right in the heart of Otranto. Our room was lovely with a beautiful view of the harbour and breakfast was varied and tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a real treat to stay here. The golf cart to assist with luggage from the free parking (a 10 minute park) was a bonus.

Summary: Loved our stay at Palazzo De Mori! We arrived past the usual check in time and Sergio helped us with very informative instructions on how to get into the property and access our room - such a relief! Georgetta on front desk provided some excellent restaurant recommendations - thank you! Rooms were clean and nice with a beautiful view of the port. Breakfast was delicious and I loved the homemade lemon cake! A beautiful time here and we have already recommended to family and friends.

Summary: Hotel is located in a restricted area, pick up as promised by the hotel failed - and parking in the city caused two fines, as only locals were alowed to park - where parking as such was permitted. Suggest the hotel in the future advise legal parking as meeting point for pick-up.
