Positive: Absolutely Stunning. It was just not beautiful and homely but well maintained. Nice and clean
Negative: The outlook, character and the facilities. The host and his team were great and helpful
Summary: It was just amazing, the property and the host.

Positive: The Raid is beautiful and full of art. The location is pefect-easy to get to anywhere in the Medina and city. The breakfast is yummy and the staff is very accommodating.
Negative: The manger is there all the time. He keeps an "office" in the main sitting area of the Riad. There is no privacy. Sadly, he's there with the TV on and just sitting there-all day. It's weird, for sure. Also, the staff is around too-which is fine-but no beds were ever made and no fresh towels during our stay.

Positive: It was exceptionally beautiful and well maintained. All the furniture and paintings and other decoration stuff showed excellent taste, and overall ambiance of the riad was very relaxing and royal. Manager Mr. Hasan and Fawad were so kind and helpful. Both of them took good care of us. Mr. Hasan was very friendly and fluent in English so communication was not an issue, and he was always ready to guide and help us, he even helped in arranging cake and baloons for a small birthday party right after our arrival. Breakfast was good too.
Negative: Everything was perfect. The only thing that could be improved is lighting, lights were quite dim everywhere, including toilets and dining area.
Summary: An exceptionally beautiful and royal riad

Positive: Staff are exceedingly kind. Place feels very opulent. Nice craftwork everywhere.
Negative: It’s Morocco. Things are dusty, there’s bird poop on furniture, stuff is kinda broken down. They don’t often mop :) I had two in my party book other hotel rooms because of dirt and ‘plumbing issues’.
Summary: With maintenance and diligent cleaning this place would have been a 5/5.

Positive: Host was excellent, helpful and courteous. The property gave us a very nice feel of ‘Morrocco’ and how a nice riad should be.
Negative: Nothing (except there was a statue in the courtyard which was quite scary looking!)
Summary: Wonderful. Great for the family. Would definitely come back if we are in Marrakech again.

Negative: Not suitable for people with difficulty in climbing stairs
Summary: Feel at home in beautiful Marrakech

Positive: Amazingly renovated riad with loads of deco and details, a lot of space, high ceilings, beautifully decorated rooms, big kitchen. Huge rooftop with beautiful views in the mornings and evenings alike. The house has all the amenities you want including wasging mashine, pool, hamam, TV, etc. The best however was the team with Samira, Houssain and Hasan who just were great hosts and making our stay the most pleasant!
Negative: Breakfast is quite basic
