Positive: Clearly someone in charge has great taste.

Negative: I could not fault it. The only thing I would have liked is an older wine cellar, but I this enjoyed what was on offer.

Positive: Hotel manager Mr. Altan was a great host, if it wasn’t for him, our Datca trip would have been much worse as it is hard to find cool places in Datca tbh. He recommended us the best restaurants and beaches which you wouldnt be able to find on the internet. Our room was very nice and clean. The pool was great and the breakfast was amazing. Hope you stay this way for long years to come, thank you.

Negative: Really loved the breakfast but dinner could be better. I don’t think there were any security personnel.

Positive: Palaia Hotel is quite a gem with a picturesque garden and state-of-the-art design. Having stayed there for unforgettable 10 days, I highly recommend this hotel to those who are looking for quiet luxury as well as comfort. With very professional and personable staff, who cater to guests' needs, the hotel represents the pinnacle of hospitality. We look forward to our next visit.

Positive: The property is brand new and finished to a high standard. It has been well designed with a beautiful central pool area and landscaped gardens. The room was large and tastefully furnished, lots of attention to detail. The service was excellent. The general manager greeted us on arrival and was available to help throughout our stay. Not all of the staff spoke English but this was not an issue. The breakfast and food was good overall. Location is great, right on the sea front and only a 5 minute walk to the marina/bay area.

Negative: The breakfast options could be improved. They provide a set Turkish breakfast which in itself is nice but would welcome some fresh fruit, perhaps some pastries or pancakes and an assortment of breads. Drinks also seemed limited. We could have a fresh orange at breakfast but not later in the day. Aside from fresh lemonade there was no other juice option. No Ice Tea despite it being on the menu etc… The spa was yet to open but I understand it is almost ready. The hotel did seem to lack atmosphere in the evening…they need a central bar/lounge area…currently the restaurant closes at 11pm and there is nowhere else to sit and enjoy a drink. I’m sure many of the above issues will be resolved in time. The hotel is very new.
