Summary: Lovely old Palace now a Hotel. Very clean, staff super friendly especially Alicia,and Juliette. Nice atmosphere, quiet and relaxing. Plentiful buffet breakfast. Bedrooms lovely and spacious. Parking on streets nearby, Tetuan Restaurant at the top of the road. Great location.

Summary: They do not offer parking off site. You must drive around town till you find street parking. Which is impossible. The room is dated (to be expected) but somethings like a hole in the bottom of the door leading outside, should be addressed. We won’t be returning to this hotel.

Summary: A beautiful hotel. We thought that the breakfast was a little underwhelming and there is no restaurant out of season, however there are plenty of good places to eat in Osuna or the towns nearby. Our room was fabulous and would happily stay there again. Staff were very helpful and friendly despite having to sit in the central courtyard in the cold!

Summary: This is the 3rd time we have stayed there and every time it’s absolutely gorgeous. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Summary: The suite didn't have a real sitting area. Only one chair in the bed area, with little space around the bed, and one in the bathroom area. Stairs everywhere. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. The staff is nice and do their best, but there is not enough people to attend the guests.

Summary: This hotel is a little dated but it's charm and the staff make up for it. Despite a language barrier at times, the staff were super helpful and friendly. The service was also slow but the food was edible and tasty. To me this was old Spain as it should be.
