Summary: Placed in the heart of Palma, with sweet staff and lovely breakfast. Stayed in the Majestic which was a wonderful room.

Summary: The property is amazing and the staff exceptional. The hotel is unique; a renovated 300 year old place. We weren’t looking for the ordinary, and we didn’t get it. We had a room overlooking an historic fisherman’s square. The garden was a lovely spot for a contemplative breakfast, and doubled as part of “Merchants,” an on property steak house where we had delicious filet mignons. Susie, at “winning” hosted us at the property’s tapas bar across the small street where you receive a “magic card” which allows you to select various sized samples of wines from about 30 selections. Of course, you must pay the tab accumulated on the magic card at the end of the night, but the experience was fun and the cost, very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel, Nico, and the entire staff. We will return.

Summary: It was an incredible experience in all aspects. We loved the place, the location, not to mention how spectacular the room is (Cathedral) and the details provided by its staff to make our stay a pleasant one. It is definitely a place we return to and recommend.

Summary: Spent 5 nights at Palacio as a couple. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel given the location, the room, and especially the service. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful as they helped us plan several dinner reservations and a day at the beach club (which was amazing). Would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to another visit.

Summary: Absolutely gorgeous property. Excellent services from staff. All rooms are individually decorated and the room we had was fabulous. The restaurant within the hotel is great.
