Summary: This hotel was a dream find !! Stunning in every way. With a room and view over the harbour and a short walk down to the bay where we found an amazing restaurant, it was a beautiful experience. Breakfast was amazing too... 100% will return.

Summary: We had a wonderful day at the Palacio Arriluce and especially enjoyed an afternoon of relaxing on their terrace by the pool overlooking the harbor. The staff was very helpful providing guidance for our day trip into Bilbao to visit the Guggenheim Museum and for dinner reservations nearby. The breakfast were great and we had a nice dinner one night at the hotel.

Summary: First off, Ruben and Nancy were the absolute highlight. They made our honeymoon feel so welcoming. Both did everything to accommodate any request we had. I looked forward to seeing them both throughout the day. If I could give them both a 100/10 I would. Also Klayton at the pool bar was so great and helpful for a relaxing early afternoon. The Palacio is beautiful, perfect location, immaculately up-kept and clean. The food is also fantastic. We had spent the first 3 days of our trip running around and needed a respite and this was the place to do it. Easy into Bilbao but don’t sleep on the surrounding area, which is lovely. You will never regret booking a perfectly priced stay. From check in to check out it felt like our home away from home. Can’t wait to come back for another special trip!

Summary: This is an A+ hotel outside of Bilbao near the harbor beach, the rooms are gorgeous and well appointed. The 2 person shower room is very luxurious. The staff is very welcoming and the service is superb. We had an electrical issue (the lighting would not turn off correctly) and the engineer fixed it very promptly. The breakfast spread is one of the best I've encountered in a long time, and the welcome drink on the terrace, ovlooking the harbor was a very nice touch. We were there during the outset of the heatwave, and the pool is very refreshing. There clearly is a water cooling syst to keep it that way and I suspect it can also heat the water in cooler weather. If you are in Bilbao and don't mind paying up a bit, this hotel should be on your list.

Summary: This is the most amazing hotel. The staff are delightful, the welcome drink we chose was a very nice white wine from the local area. The hotel has a metro card ready for you to take to travel into the city. The pool was cool but the views amazing. The room was out of this world. His and hers showers. A sofa. A huge bed. The food in the bar was great and the breakfast was very well stocked. We would have got rid of the canned background music, covers of pop songs was less than exciting for such a wonderful hotel.
