Positive: Rooms are spacious with balcony, clean. Staff is very polite and helpfull. Parking is large and safe. Breakfast was really good.

Positive: We were given a free upgrade to a really nice suite with a marvelous view of the distant Alps on one side and the agricultural plains of Italy on the other side.

Negative: The kitchenette did not have utensils or plates, etc., therefore seemed unecessary without those accomodations. Has we stayed a bit longer, some of that would have been nice.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, the facilities, the staff and our visit with friends.
