Positive: We liked everything about this facility. The room amenities added to our enjoyment--room humidifier, tea set, coffee, bathroom amenities, turndown service. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The service at this hotel was spectacular--very friendly and helpful. We needed help with a gift we had purchased, and the concierge and front desk were extremely helpful. We loved the location adjacent to the Imperial Palace and near Tokyo Station.

Negative: Everything was great--nothing to dislike.

Positive: Beautifully maintained with fabulous flowers and the most delicious scents in the large reception area. Large and well designed bedrooms with fabulous bathrooms. We loved listening to the jazz trio in the bar area, perfect end to a perfect day.
